In spite of the quiet spell we’re in, there are several weeks left in this years Atlantic hurricane season. I’ve plenty of hurricane preparedness information for you. Of note are extreme or exceptional drought conditions in Montana, Wyoming, western Dakotas, Oklahoma, Ohio, West Virginia, and Texas. The latest fire weather outlooks can be found at the Storm Prediction Center website where they are updated daily.
